I turn invisible businesses into unforgettable brands.

I'm Victor — a Vienna-based web designer and Webflow developer with Japanese roots, a background in marketing, and an obsession with building things that actually work. Not just look pretty.

As a kid, I didn't follow instructions. I'd take my Legos apart and build something new. Every time. That instinct never left.

At 18, right after finishing school, I taught myself Adobe Illustrator and XD to design a nightlife app with friends. No formal training. No permission. I just started building.

What followed was an 8-year journey through startups, a coffee brand, a digital agency, campaigns for the Austrian Medical Chamber, and 50+ websites — from small local businesses to companies doing 8 figures.

In 2024, after our agency Digidock went separate ways, I realized something that changed everything: I had built impressive results for years — 10x more applications for one client, nearly 2 million people reached for another — but nobody knew it was me behind the work.

I had hidden behind brand names. Never built my own. That's over now.

A quick fit-check

We're a good fit if...

Not every project is the right project — for either of us. Here's how to tell before we talk.

What I'm here for
You want a website that brings clients, not just compliments
You're ready to invest in your online presence properly
You value honest feedback over comfortable agreement
You want a long-term partner, not a one-off transaction
You see your website as a business tool, not a brochure
What I'm not here for
You want the cheapest option on the market
"Just make it look nice" without a clear goal
Template websites with no strategy behind them
AI-generated pages with zero thought or intention
Projects where speed matters more than substance
Not AI-generated. I have proof.

Ravens love me. I can't explain it.

Yes, that's a real raven sitting on my shoulder. No, this is not Photoshop. No, this is not Nano Banana.

FAQs

The personal stuff. Because work is only half the story.

So... Victor or Yasuo?

Both, actually. Victor is what everyone calls me. Yasuo is my Japanese middle name — a nod to my roots. My mother is Japanese, which is probably where I get my attention to detail and my obsession with doing things properly.

How did you get into web design?

I taught myself Illustrator at 18 to design an app with friends, and just never stopped learning. Honestly, the best education I've had was building 50+ real projects for real clients with real problems. No classroom can teach you that.

Wait — you're also training as a professional counselor?

Yes. I'm currently completing a psychological counseling certification. It might seem unrelated to web design, but it's actually my secret weapon. Understanding how people think, what drives their decisions, and how to really listen — that's what makes the difference between a website that looks nice and one that actually connects.

What's the Whoop thing about?

I've been tracking my health with a Whoop band for 792 days straight. Sleep, recovery, strain — everything. It started as curiosity and became a lifestyle. My biological age is 4 years younger than my actual age, so something's working. I just like having data on what matters.

Oldest of 5 siblings — did that shape you?

More than I realized for a long time. Being the oldest meant figuring things out first, taking responsibility early, and always building the path for others to follow. Sound familiar? That's basically what I do for my clients now.

Coffee or tea?

Coffee. No negotiation. I actually co-built a coffee brand once (The Freigeist) — designed the whole brand, packaging, and e-commerce shop. The business didn't survive, but my appreciation for a good cup very much did.
